This coffee is known for it's super clean cup, due to the strict policy of only picking ripe cherries. This attention to detail is what sets Costa Rica coffee apart from many Central America coffee growing countries and keeps quakers to a minimum. This coffee is patio dried initially then finished in mechanical dryers for the perfect moisture content.
Nice bright acidity, sweet, honey crisp apple, brown sugar, nice lingering aftertaste.
