Our espresso roast uses an Ethiopian varietal that we have come to immensely love and adore. We take the Yirgacheffee Koke bean and roast it to an espresso profile, giving it all the bright, fruity acidity that you're used to in an Ethiopian coffee plus the darker chocolatey notes that make this a perfectly smooth and well-balanced espresso.
