This Colombia micro-lot comes from a 14-Hectare farm with meticulous care and processing. Fermented for 32-48 hrs then washed and sun dried on raised beds for 16 days. This lot cups with a sweet bright acidity, creamy body, with stone fruit, caramel and vanilla. A brilliantly smooth cup that hits all the right notes, like Colombia's usually do. This is a very limited run of coffee.
